Would definitely recommend to others
Jake is always friendly, and his passion for helping others is immediately evident upon meeting him.
His instructions were concise, and he explained to me just how my "cheat days" were hindering my progress. If you are willing to put in the effort to achieve your weight goals, Jake is the one to see!

Found a great personal trainer. 5 stars for sure.
A professional polite young man interested in what he teaches. Felt so comfortable with him from the beginning. A great little work out area ,so clean and tidy. Jakey he teaches you that you can do simple exercises with or without equipment. Listened to what my goals were and met me at my pace (which was slow). Gave me tips on food and exercising in my own time. Has great availability and would recommend to anyone starting out or maintaining their fitness.
