Job Responsibilities:
- Control of social media content, ensuring constant content updates and creating periodic campaign pushes
- Create and design customer artwork
· Working closely with our teams and assisting with all administration duties
- Develop product knowledge proficiency to best identify and support customers through the sales process.
- Be a primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers.
- Assist us with the sales process including in-store, online and phone enquiries from start to finish.
- Help customers through responsive communication via email, phone and in person.
· Create, manage and grow social media channels to build brand awareness, generate new sales enquiries
- Create and implement a sales strategy that makes sure you meet personal sales goals, as well as those set-in place by the company.
- Communicate with all current and potential customers on a regular basis, providing solutions as needed, and oversee all sales activity in your assigned sales territory.
- Work with other members of the team and team leaders as needed to generate sales and provide excellent customer service.
- Adhere to all company procedures, values and policies so that you provide an accurate representation of the company to all potential and current customers.
· General office duties as required
Necessary Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Sales/Graphic Design.
· Tertiary Sales/Graphic Design/ Marketing qualification (University or TAFE ).
· Advanced knowledge of Adobe CC – mainly Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Eager to expand new accounts, clients, and businesses.
- Assists team members to accomplish branch goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Demonstrated understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Must possess time management skills with the ability to make timely decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
