Showroom Sales Consultant
My Tile Market provides a wide range of tiles and, natural stone as one of the biggest growing tile shops in Sydney and Canberra. As the largest shop of quality tiles, we service a varied customer base including Architects, Interior Designers, Residential and Commercial Builders and Retail Consumers.
What you’ll be doing
Your main focus will be assisting our customers in our beautiful showrooms, and identifying new business opportunities to ensure every sales opportunity is identified and converted. Our products are well known and respected for quality, variety and function. Your personality and service orientation will be the key elements to your success.
You will report directly to our Showroom Team Leader and our Management Team will there every step of the way to support you.
- Consulting with customers in a retail environment, including receiving deliveries and providing expert knowledge and advice to trade customers and builders.
- Coordinating with customers through our sales/selection process
- Quoting and , invoicing customers
- Processing sales efficiently and accurately, conducting efficient follow-ups with customers,
- Daily administration tasks and maintaining the overall look for the store
- Receiving in and dispatching customer orders
- Communicating efficiently with suppliers and other team members

Desirable:
- Interior design or Architectural qualification
- You have experience in retail sales and or related industry experience (previous Tiles & sales experience will be highly regarded) – minimum 2 years
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Casual
Pay: $52,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
