Operation/Customer Manager - Cleaning Company
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Cleaning Operations/ Customer service Manager.
This role involves overseeing our cleaning operations, managing staff, and ensuring client satisfaction, traveling to sites across Melbourne.
Must Have own reliable vehicle - allowance provided for fuel
Proven reliable/ experience in cleaning operations management, preferably in a similar industry or environment.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to effectively manage staff and interact with clients.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment, along with a commitment to quality and safety.
Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and adapt to changing circumstances.
Ability to bring long-term contracts - commission on top
