Broker Support Office - Mortgage Broking
We are a small business specialising in providing mortgage broking services to our clients for residential & Commercial Loans.
An opportunity exists for a highly organised and detail-orientated broker support officer to provide high quality and efficient support.

The Position
- Provide broker support including borrowing capacity calculations, lender product and policy advice
- Structure loans and responsibly submit applications, seeing them through to approval in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance checks are completed in line with requirements.
- Follow up with customers for additional supporting documents.
- Keep customers updated with the progress of their application.
- Liaise with clients, financial institutions, accountants, solicitors, valuers, and other strategic alliances.
- Build positive relationships with customers, referrers, and other internal & external stakeholders.
- CRM and database management and reporting.
The Person
Essential:
- Sales ability to bring on new clients
- Ability to learn and a positive attitude
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to review and interpret income documentation to assess client serviceability;
- Ability to manage a high-volume workload & work well in stressful situations;
- Ability to prioritise & think proactively;
- Provide a high standard of customer service;
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal); and
- University degree
