Receptionist
We are a busy professional accounting, tax and business advisory firm based in Port Hedland.
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to join our dynamic team. This role offers a chance to work in a supportive environment, develop your interpersonal skills, and expand your knowledge in the accounting, tax, and business advisory field.
The role is full-time and will involve.
- Greeting clients and managing client appointments
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls as required.
- Provide administrative support for accountants and bookkeepers.
- Book appointments and follow up with confirmation.
- Diary and email management
- Respond to queries from staff, including transferring calls and providing messages to the appropriate staff member.
- Assist management with administration duties and tasks as required
- All further administrative duties, including creation/collation of documents, filling, scanning, and other ad-hoc duties
This role is a full-time position based in Port Hedland WA.
