Our VCA have years of experience and certification in Claims Assessment, Case Management, Claims Consulting, Motor Claims Liability Decisions, Heavy Motor & Plant Machinery, Policy Interpretation, NSW Workers Compensation Legislation, General Insurance Code of Practise, ANZIIF Tier 2, Broker Liaison, Return to Work Coordination, Personal Assistance, Workplace & Personal Injury, Income Protection, Psychological Injury, and Mental Health among others.
(Additionally, extensive experience working with various tradies in the capacity of quoting, invoicing, and debt collection, means we have an intimate understanding and are personable and professional at every level).
Some examples of what we can assist with (not limited to):
- Policy interpretation to determine likelihood of claim acceptance before lodgement
- Collection of required information and documentation for best chance of acceptance
- Claim submission/lodgement with your insurer
- Advocacy for claim acceptance and best outcome for you (and/or your employee)
- Ongoing liaison with your insurer and (if necessary) your employee plus any other stakeholders involved
- Provide you with regular updates as your claim progresses
- In-person meetings/case conferences with you or on your behalf
- Personal mental health support if necessary
